Huely is a daily color memory game. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

Data we collect

None. Huely does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no backend server, and no analytics SDK.

Data stored on your device

Huely stores the following data locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device:

• Your daily scores and game history
• Your current streak and longest streak
• Your in-progress game state (so you can resume after closing the app)
• Whether you have purchased the ad-free upgrade

You can delete all of this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Advertising

The free version of Huely displays ads served by Apple's SKAdNetwork framework. Apple's handling of ad data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Huely does not pass any user identifiers to ad networks directly.

Purchasing the ad-free upgrade removes all ads.

Third-party services

Huely does not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.

Children

Huely does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date at the top.
